The VES-400 offers 4K (UHD 3840×2160) resolution, showing microscopic lesions that are difficult to see with the naked eye with four times more detail than Full HD. This enables accurate lesion diagnosis and provides crucial visual information for surgical planning, and it minimises damage by clearly distinguishing the boundaries of the lesion from the surrounding normal tissue during surgery.
VES-400 is compatible with all C-mount 4K zoom couplers and has an adjustable focal length from 14 mm to 35 mm, so it can be applied to a wide range of procedures in combination with the endoscopes used by different disciplines — laparoscopy, thoracoscopy, arthroscopy, ENT, urology and gynaecology.
With the camera control unit, light source and recorder integrated into one body, the VES-400 optimises the operating-room footprint, reduces the initial investment compared with multiple standalone devices and simplifies long-term maintenance. Surgical footage is recorded in 4K to the built-in storage and exported through USB for training, conferences and case review.
